We do not reserve the right to disclose, nor do we disclose any private personal information about our customers to anyone, except in the cases permitted by law. 5. Is it really necessary to opt out?

The law states that financial institutions may share your information unless otherwise instructed by you. Unless you opt out, we will also share this information. If we alter our Privacy Policy in the future affecting our policy regarding your information, we'll notify you of the change electronically. Your ability to opt out of the new policy will be determined by applicable laws included in our notification.
